The King of Rock 'n' Roll: The Complete 50s Masters was a five box set that is comprised of Elvis' songs from the 1950s presented in chronological order beginning with "My Happiness" from 1953. The first disc features Elvis first recordings at Sun Studio, the second, third and fourth discs contain Elvis' entire output with RCA during the 50s. The fifth disc contains outtakes and unreleased recordings. With 140 tracks on the five discs, Elvis' classics are compiled together to create a musical journey through Elvis' early years and his rise to fame. The 1950s was the decade in which Elvis went from unknown Memphis boy to superstardom and its his early releases that can be credited with his assension to the top and his crowning as the king of rock 'n roll. This boxed set was released by RCA in June 1992, certified by RIAA gold in August and platinum by November 1992. Offered is the RIAA platinum award for "Elvis the King of Rock 'N' Roll The Complete 50's Masters." The award features the cover of the boxed set alongside 5 of the set's CDs. The plaque reads "Presented to Eddie Fisher to Commemorate the Sale of More Than 1,000,000 RCA Records Box Set "Elvis the King of Rock 'N' Roll The Complete 50's Masters.'" Fisher was most likely an RCA executive in the early 1990s. The platinum award measures 21 by 17 inches (53.34 x 43.18 cm) and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

The award presents with some minor scuffing and scratches on the frame. Near Mint condition.
