Between the years of 1956 and 1972, Elvis had a robust film career, starring in 33 movies. With his charming good looks, unique voice and charismatic personality, Elvis’ success on the big screen was as great as the number of co-stars featured in his films. There was never any shortage of beautiful ladies that were featured in Elvis’ films, but only those special few had co-starring roles. Offered is a collection of eight (8) photos and film related documents that highlight a select few of these important women. The grouping includes:

  • A black-and-white photo of a bikini-clad Shelley Fabares, who co-starred with Elvis in Girl Happy, Spinout, Clambake, signed and inscribed “Fil, It’s fun to see this photo after so many years! Shelley Fabares,” measuring 10 by 8 inches (25.4 x 20.32 cm);
  • A color photo of Yvonne Craig, who co-starred in It Happened at the World’s Fair and Kissin’ Cousins, signed and inscribed “With best wishes Yvonne Craig,” measuring 10 by 8 inches (25.4 x 20.32 cm);
  • A framed note, dated May 6, 1986, signed by Ann-Margret, who famously co-starred in Viva Las Vegas, thanking Peter Stathis for the flowers, the frame measuring 9 3/4 by 8 3/4 inches (24.76 x 22.22 cm);
  • An American Federation of Television and Radio Artists application form completed and signed by Donna Butterworth, the child actress that starred with Elvis in Paradise, Hawaiian Style, and dated “9-21, 1965” with stapled blue membership payment receipt, the application form measuring 8 3/4 by 6 inches (22.22 x 15.24 cm);
  • An original 9-page Actors Television Motion Picture Agreement, dated October 21, 1974, signed and initialed by Tuesday Weld, who co-starred in Wild in the Country, for the screen test for the role of Zelda Fitzgerald, measuring 11 by 8 1/2 inches (27.94 x 21.59 cm), which also comes with small period-printed black-and-white image of Tuesday Weld measuring 5 1/4 by 3 1/4 inches (13.33 x 8.25 cm);
  • A handwritten note on stationery, dated Sept 24, 1979 by Diane McBain, who co-starred in Spinout, that reads in part, “Soon I will appear in a ‘Hawaii 50’ episode...,” measuring 11 by 8 1/2 inches (27.94 x 21.59 cm); and
  • Two handwritten costume description forms with four black-and-white photos (three pinned to the papers) of the costumes for Laurel Goodwin’s character Laurel Dodge in Girls! Girls! Girls!, each sheet measuring 11 by 8 1/2 inches (27.94 x 21.59 cm) and each photograph containing notes on the reverse with dates April 17 and 18, 1962 and measuring 5 by 4 inches (12.7 x 10.16 cm).

A grouping of signed ephemera from an important handful of Elvis’ leading ladies. The special collection is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.
