In 1964, MGM released the swinging hot film Viva Las Vegas starring the heart-throb Elvis Presley and the beauty Ann-Margret in this musical comedy that was a box office success. Regarded as one of Elvis’ best movies, in part for the on (and off) screen chemistry between the co-stars, Viva Las Vegas reached number 14 in the top 20 movies of 1964 and grossed over $9 million. Offered is a black-and-white medium-format contact sheet with images from the scene during which Elvis plays a fumbling waiter serving Ann-Margret and Cesare Danova during their private dinner. Elvis is intent on not allowing any romance to kindle between the two as he has affections for Rusty, Ann-Margret’s character. The contact sheet contains ten (10) images, six (6) of which depict Elvis in the scene. The images from the funny, flirty, fumbling dinner scene on this contact sheet are a treasure that measures 10 by 8 inches (25.4 x 20.32 cm) and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.
The contact sheet is in excellent condition overall with minor creases and wear to the edges.
