This MGM musical comedy picture was released in March 1964 and features Elvis in a double starring role: as dark-haired Air Force lieutenant Josh Morgan, and as his cousin, blond hillbilly Jodie Tatum. Kissin’ Cousins earned over $3 million at the box office and reached number 26 in the list of top-grossing films of 1964. The offered three-sheet poster sticks to the successful formula for Elvis’ movies and their promotional elements, with Elvis singing front and center, a bevy of female co-stars present, and over-the-top proclamations such as, “Elvis is back with his mountain kinfolk singin’ an’ swingin’ in the good ol’ rural rhythm!” The one twist here is that Hezekiah the hound dog gets the usual position of the co-star, just about to kiss our hero! An absolutely classic Presley poster. The poster, which is stored folded, measures approximately 81 by 41 inches (205.74 by 104.14 cm) when assembled and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

The poster presents with few but expected defects from storage and most of those are on the reverse. NM condition.
