Not only did Elvis grace constantly grace the stage in Las Vegas during the 1970s, his image adorned a plethora of different types of marketing materials during this period, including the menus that would greet diners as they were seated for dinner and the show. Some of the more striking menus were those from the January/February 1972 Las Vegas engagement for their bold colors, shape and style. The bright colors of these Las Vegas Hilton souvenir menus include gold, orange, red and fuchsia and they feature a close-up picture of Elvis on the front and an RCA advertisement on the back. The text on the front reads “Las Vegas Hilton - The International Hotel - Souvenir Menu 1972 - complimentary copy.” On the back, “NOW ELVIS NOW” in red and black, 1-inch (2.5 cm) tall lettering is arched over a 6 1/8 by 6 1/8 inch (15.6 x 15.6 cm) image of the ELVIS NOW album cover. Below the image, “HEAR ELVIS” in red letters appears above “ON RCA RECORDS AND TAPES.” The menus open to reveal a wine list on the left side and an abbreviated food menu on the right. With appetizers and entrees that include seafood cocktail, fresh chopped chicken livers, baked lobster tails, New York steak, and roast prime rib of beef, this is truly a delectable menu fit for a King. This fine grouping of all four colors of these collectible menus, each measuring 10 3/4 by 10 1/2 inches (27.30 x 26.67 cm), is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

The menus suffer from moderate to heavy scuffing and toning. Very Good to Excellent condition.
