From the Family of Scotty Moore

The Thomas Wayne and the DeLons song titled “Tragedy” was released in 1959 and rose to number 5 on the Billboard Top 100 charts. Offered is an award for “One Millionth Record” for Fernwood Records “Tragedy” by Thomas Wayne. The framed record award with Fernwood Record 45 mounted in the center on yellow paper background contains a plaque below that reads, “Presented to Thomas Wayne and Scottie Moore by Jim Britton 1959” with another beneath that reads, “One Millionth Record ‘Tragedy’.” The award, measuring 16 1/2 by 13 1/2 by 3/4 inches (41.91 x 34.29 cm), emanates directly from the estate and family of Scotty Moore and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

The framed award is in Excellent condition overall.
