“Mama Liked the Roses” was the B-side to the single “The Wonder of You,” which was released on April 20, 1970. The offered RCA Reference Recording 45 RPM single-sided acetate captures the released version of the song. This song was recorded at one of the legendary sessions at American Sound Studio in Memphis in 1969, and it also appeared on the 1970 Camden Records reissue of Elvis’ Christmas Album. These acetates were normally created after a session as a listening copy for the artist or as a sample copy for radio stations or other actors in the music business. The acetate is contained in a plain cardboard sleeve, measures 10 inches (25.4 cm) in diameter and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

The acetate presents in playable condition, with minor surface scuffing and a few scratches. Excellent condition.
