The offered ticket is for the 8 PM Elvis Presley concert on Sunday, November 25, 1956, at the Jefferson County Armory in Louisville, Kentucky. Elvis also played a matinee show that day. The ticket reads "ELVIS PRESLEY SHOW" along the top, with "ARMORY LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY" just below it. By November 1956 Elvis had become a household name, with a string of #1 hits and his first film, Love Me Tender, opening nationwide-in fact it opened on November 21 in Louisville. The set list that night included Elvis' hits "Heartbreak Hotel," "Don't Be Cruel," "Love Me Tender" and "Hound Dog." Also on the bill were Rex Marlow, Frankie Trent, Frank Connors and Howard and Wanda Bell. The ticket measures 1 7/8 inches by 4 1/2 inches (4.76 x 11.43 cm) and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

The ticket stub presents with few defects, except for a long piece of tape on the reverse. Still visible along the right edge are the remnants of the perforated edge where the ticket would have been torn when the concert goer entered the Armory. EX condition.
