As Elvis mania swept the nation, fans were eager to get their hands on anything relating to their idol—and Elvis and Colonel Parker tried to make sure that the constant demand from the ever-growing fan base was met with newly published content. One such effort was the 1956 fan publication Mr. Dynamite, a souvenir picture album featuring “Elvis Presley (Mr. Dynamite) RCA Victor Artist” which touts Elvis as the “Nation’s Only Atomic Powered Singer.” The cover shows a full-length image of Elvis belting out one of his hits while playing guitar. The back cover lists his records that were available from RCA Victor. The souvenir album has eight pages, with the first containing six photos from “A visit with Mr. & Mrs. Presley (Elvis’ Mom and Dad) at their Memphis home,” and the remaining seven pages presenting pictures of Elvis on stage, with his fans and signing autographs. The magazine measures 10 7/8 by 8 1/2 inches (27.62 x 21.59 cm) and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

The souvenir photo album is in overall Excellent condition with some minor creasing and edge wear commensurate with age.
