From the Family of Scotty Moore

Bobbie Walls was a regular at the Shadow Lawn Club in Laconia, Tennessee with her sisters, and it was here that she first met Scotty Moore. The two married in Mississippi in June of 1953 and it was her encouragement of Scotty pursuing his dream to be a professional musician that endeared her to him. This original black-and-white period snapshot of Scotty Moore’s wife features Bobbie Walls Moore in a beautiful white gown and is inscribed on the back in pencil, “No I’ll never dance / Elvis ‘Q Ball’ Presley.” The front of the photograph has Bobbie’s name written in blue ink in the upper right corner. The photograph, emanating directly from the family of Scotty Moore, measures 3 3/8 by 2 3/8 inches (8.57 x 6.03 cm) and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

The photograph is in good condition with significant wear around the edges and creases overall.
