Offered is a Form 122 aircraft log book page on yellow paper lined in blue, numbered 1060 and dated “7/7/76.” The log page lists a flight from MEM to LAX beginning at 0910 with the aircraft number “N880EP,” the captain listed as “David” and one of the flight staff as “Boutilier.” The log mentions a mechanical discrepancy with the fuel pump, so action was taken to replace the fuel pump upon landing at the destination (LAX). This aircraft log book page from the Lisa Marie is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Elwood David that states in part: “I, Elwood David, was Elvis Presley’s personal pilot from August 1975 until Elvis passed away in 1977. Elvis’ plane was a Convair 880 that he christened the Lisa Marie. Elvis customized the inside of the passenger jet and used the plane for travel both on tours and personal jaunts. After Elvis passed away, I stayed with the plane and was the private pilot for the Presley family until Vernon Presley sold it in 1978. I do attest that the following is an original page from the flight logbook for the Lisa Marie, Elvis Presley’s private passenger jet. This particular log corresponds to a flight Elvis took from Memphis to Los Angeles for a couple of weeks of rest and relaxation on the west coast.”

The log page is signed twice by pilot Elwood David. A fantastic glimpse into the jet set life of the king. The log book page measures 11 by 8 1/2 inches (27.94 x 21.59 cm) and is accompanied by a modern copy of a full-color photo of the Lisa Marie aircraft and a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

The log book is in excellent condition with the writing faded but legible. There is paper loss along the top edge towards the right about 2 inches long and 1/4 inch at its deepest. Modern numerical calculation notes in black ink appear on the back.
