The Graceland Archives collection consists of over 50,000 photographs, 3,000 textiles, thousands of documents and a large collection of furniture, musical instruments, awards, automobiles, and other artifacts associated with the personal life and career of Elvis Presley and has been visited by a very few select guests, including Oprah and Paul McCartney. The winning bidder of this experience and one (1) guest will go beyond the ropes into the coveted Graceland Archives at an undisclosed location for an exclusive two-hour private tour with Graceland’s Vice President of Archives & Exhibits, Angie Marchese. The private tour will feature exclusive white glove experiences, including holding artifacts, looking in archival boxes of special collections, seeing many never-before-displayed items, and a photo opportunity with an artifact taken by the Graceland photographer.

Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned. Cannot be transferred. Travel and accommodations are not included. We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience. To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date, based on Graceland’s availability. Blackout dates may apply. Winning bidder and one (1) guest will be required to sign a non-disclosure statement before tour. No personal photos allowed on tour. Graceland Archivist retains control of all artifacts and determines what is available for viewing during tour and what artifact will be used for photo opportunity. Tour must be scheduled and redeemed by December 31, 2019. Please be aware that Tennessee sales (9.25%) & tourism tax (5%) will be charged at the time of purchase on the final price (hammer plus buyers premium) for this experience at Graceland. 100% of the hammer price will be donated to the Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation. Please consult with your tax advisor regarding any potential deduction for this experience.

The Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation

The Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation (EPCF), a 501(c)3 organization, was formed by Graceland/Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. in 1984 to continue Elvis’ own tradition of generosity and community service, and to honor his memory. All of the EPCF’s funds are used for charitable donations — nothing is deducted for staffing or other operating costs. The foundation has assisted numerous charities over the years and has a longstanding relationship with the College of Communications and Fine Arts at the University of Memphis where the Elvis Presley Endowed Scholarship Fund was created. Also, dear to Elvis’ heart, the foundation has supported outstanding Memphis-based charitable organizations, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the National Civil Rights Museum. The foundation receives a portion of its overall income from Graceland/Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc.  A meaningful amount of the EPCF’s funding also comes from donations made by Elvis fan clubs and individual Elvis fans and admirers from around the world.
