Originally from Colonel Parker’s collection, this yellow folder with metal fold tab binding is labeled “Elvis Presley Concerts 1977 Tour #2” and contains all of the pertinent information for the tour locations. The first page is a typed listing of the concert dates, locations, and show times. The folder is further divided by tabbed sections for each city with more specific information, including details for the building, box office contact, concessions, security, hotel, and transportation. Some pages include handwritten notes. This book documents Elvis’ second tour of 1977, which was one of his last. During this period, Elvis’ health was erratic and the last three shows of this tour — Mobile, Macon and Jacksonville — were cancelled as a result.

Offered with the tour book is a promotional poster which has a large image of Elvis in the center under a TCB logo, and seven smaller drawings of Elvis surrounding the large image. This poster, with printed signature “© Fred Rothenbush 77,” is numbered 985/1200, initialed by the artist in the lower right corner and framed. The tour book measures 11 1/2 by 9 inches (29.21 x 22.86 cm) and the framed poster measures approximately 30 by 25 inches (76.2 x 63.5 cm). The book and poster are accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the 1999 Graceland Auction at MGM and a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

The tour book is in very good condition overall with signs of use and handling. The framed poster is in excellent condition overall.
