A vital part of any show are the souvenirs sold to fans, and Elvis concerts were no exception—in fact, they were a prime example of the budding start to this now-common practice. Offered are the original vendor sheets that were filled out by the person running an individual souvenir stand at a concert. These sheets were then turned in to track the amount of material sold and the money generated from sales. Vendors were paid a 10% commission based on gross sales. This original collection of vendor sales accounting spans 13 concerts from May 27 to September 8, 1976, and includes the following shows: May 27, 1976 Bloomington, Indiana; May 28, 1976 Ames, Iowa; May 30, 1976 Odessa, Texas; June 1, 1976 Tucson, Arizona; June 4, 1976 Atlanta, Georgia; August 27, 1976 San Antonio, Texas; August 28, 1976 Houston, Texas; September 2, 1976 Tampa, Florida; September 3, 1976 St. Petersburg, Florida; September 4, 1976 Lakeland, Florida; September 6, 1976 Huntsville, Alabama; September 7, 1976 Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and September 8, 1976 Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

The typical offering of souvenirs at these shows included photo albums; various buttons such as mirrored, giant, 4 inch and 3 1/2 inch; posters; scarves; 8 by 10 photos and other merchandise. This original file of vendor sheets is offered with notepaper on which is handwritten names, businesses, numbers and addresses and also accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

The papers and folders exhibit expected wear from storage and filing. EX condition overall.
