Paradise, Hawaiian Style was released by Paramount Pictures in June 1966, reaching number 40 on the Variety box office charts and achieving over $2.5 million at the box office. With breathtaking footage of the tropical island, the film’s visuals are stunning, and this banner’s artwork lives up to that scenery. These large paper banners would feature silkscreened artwork and abnormally bright, if not downright neon, colors, and this example is no exception. Often referred to as “drive-in banners,” these massive paper promotional posters actually could have been used in any theater lobby. The banner measures approximately 24 by 80 inches (60.96 x 203.2 cm), is stored rolled and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

The poster presents with bold, neon colors still beaming and the vast majority of the silkscreened ink still intact. Exemplary condition for a poster notorious for condition issues. Excellent to Mint condition.
