The offered window card promotes Elvis Presley’s 1961 film Wild in the Country. It features several shots of Elvis with his co-stars, Hope Lange, Tuesday Weld and Millie Perkins, with his guitar and engaged in a fight. In this film, Elvis plays Glenn Tyler, a troubled man from a dysfunctional family who tries sorting out his life by pursuing a literary career. Despite being a dramatic role and one that demonstrated Elvis’ serious acting talent, 20th Century Fox insisted on including four songs in the film. They are listed on the window card: “Lonely Man,” “I Slipped, I Stumbled, I Fell,” “Wild in the Country” and “In My Way.” The well-preserved poster is stored flat, measures 22 by 14 inches (55.88 x 35.56 cm) and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.
Window card presents with few defects, except for one small stain at the bottom border, a few small wrinkles and mild toning overall. Excellent to Mint condition.
