The Armed Forces Radio & Television Service was established in 1942 by the War Department to broadcast popular American radio and television to troops, government employees and families stationed overseas. It is still in operation today under the name American Forces Network, and over the years many stars have rallied to support U.S. efforts abroad. The offered oversized 16-inch LP with green and white label reads, “Armed Forces Radio & Television Service Station Library.” Side one includes Elvis Presley's 1959 single “A Fool Such as I” and its B-side “I Need Your Love Tonight,” which were released together on March 10, 1959. Other artists featured on the LP include Neil Sedaka, Joe Medlin, Rod Bernard and Ed Townsend. The record measures 16 inches (40.65 cm) in diameter and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

Condition: VG+ with only the most minor defects keeping it from a NM designation. Playable condition.
